OHMYGOD I am the worst human, I'm so sorry I haven't replied for so long! I got caught up with uni and RL things and haven't logged on to DW for months. I'm going to reply all your comments now anyway and hope you're still interested in chatting, but I totally understand if you're not.
I have since managed to go to the library! And, actually, I got to write a whole essay on the Battle of Cannae and Hannibal for one of my units, so I ended up doing a lot of reading about them last week! :P And, hey, I downloaded a bunch of journal articles using my uni access--I'd be happy to send any of them your way if you're interested!
